Breast Augmentation Overview

Breast augmentation is a procedure designed for women whose breasts are smaller than they would like or have lost volume following pregnancy.

Board-certified cosmetic surgeon Dr. Tenley Lawton performs this surgery by making a small incision under the breast crease (the lower fold of the breast) to create a pocket. She then inserts an implant into the newly-created space, between the natural breast tissue and the underlying chest muscle.
